The attention to detail in the room was outstanding, with a large, bright, and beautifully clean deluxe double room that exceeded all our needs, including the thoughtful addition of fruit. the breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with Richard personally cooking a full breakfast for us each morning. the location overlooking the sea was breathtaking, and being within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Ventnor made our stay even more enjoyable. Richard's hospitality truly made us feel valued and welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort by even providing me with soya milk upon request. This level of care and attention to detail made our stay an unforgettable experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit the Isle of Wight.
